Great staff good prices. Always check the clearance area you can probably find something really good for your pet.
I am a fairly new customer, because our pet is still so young. However, when I asked for assistance about the frequent buyer card and how to redeem the coupons, the assistant called the company coupon center and activated all of the coupons that I had missed. I was able to grab a $26 bag of food for only $6. I know that I cannot expect this type of service every time, but it sure felt good today.
Great courtesy & helpful employees finding what we need for our pets. I would suggest to go and see they have a lot to offer. There are discounts and coupons. Don't forget to get the app.
The customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various cat foods.
