Kathy answered the phone politely, their site states they are able to usually schedule you the same day. As I explained I needed a same day appointment I was told they are not able to give me a same day appointment. My daughter has had hives on her body for 2 days and counting and the search is on for a doctor or doctors that care about patients and not numbers. In the future please abide with what your site says or just remove the statement from your site.
I am amending my rating after our first visit. The doctor and staff were extremely professional, pleasant and fast. A completely different experience from our initial visit.
