Great food. Owner lady is very nice. Employees in morning not very nice. They always seem aggravated.
I took my daughter there to get bagels for lunch. I ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my daughter and a sesame bagel for myself. Instead I got a plain bagel with salmon and cream cheese and a everything bagel. My daughter is allergic to fish. I complained to the store and the manager did nothing to fix the situation! I will never go there again!
Sunday mornings are brutal - so busy but worth the walk or drive. If you see people walking back a block, this is why. The bagels are made on the hour and that is about how long they last. The cashier will make you smile or laugh and the staff is friendly. Big selection! Best sesame bagels I have found! Just make sure you toast very brown! :-)
Best bagels period. I don't know what kind of magical ingredients these guys use but no one in the area even comes close in both taste and texture. I used to live in Verona and now I drive two towns over if I want a bagel.
